John Dwyer has been selected as the Conservative candidate for Cheshire's Police and Crime Commissioner. John was Cheshire's first Police and Crime Commissioner, assistant Chief Constable for Cheshire (retired), previously serving in Nottingham and the West Midlands. John has also served as a Crewe and Nantwich Councillor and was Portfolio Holder for Safer Communities. The Elections to the post of Police and Crime Commissioner take place THURSDAY 7TH MAY.
